Retainers
Completed orthodontic treatment does not guarantee straight teeth for the rest of your life. Retainers are required to keep your teeth in their new positions. You must wear your retainers as instructed or teeth will shift. Later in life, most people will see teeth shift, usually the lower front teeth most often due to tooth clenching/grinding.
